白頭山の偉人を称える祝賀メッセージ
今年、２０２２年は、朝鮮の富強発展と人民の幸せのために築き上げられた偉大な金日成主席の生誕１１０周年、金正日総書記の生誕８０周年、そして、金正恩閣下が朝鮮の党と国家の最高指導者として推戴されて１０周年という記念すべき年を迎えられたことに心からのお祝いを申し上げます。
一昨年からの新型コロナウイルスの蔓延による地球的規模の混乱と動揺、そして、強権と専横が横行し、地域間、民族間、理念等の対立と紛争で複雑・多岐に亘る世界状況の中で、朝鮮人民を勝利と繁栄へと導いて来られた偉人たちの卓越した指導の下に、朝鮮民主主義人民共和国が自主と正義、平和と親善の揺るぎない信念で一致団結して発展されていることに、心からの敬意を表します。
伝えられている情報では、「白頭山の偉人を称える国際祝典組織委員会」が組織され、２０２２年が、朝鮮の富強発展と世界の自主化偉業の実現に不滅の貢献をされた金日成主席の生誕１１０周年と金正日総書記の生誕８０周年、金正恩閣下が朝鮮の党と国家の最高指導者として推戴されて１０周年に当たる年として、朝鮮人民の偉業と闘争を支持する進歩的人民にとって特別な意義をもつ年であることを認識し、朝鮮人民の民族最大の記念すべき祝日を盛大に慶祝するための活動方針を討議決定し、以下の公報を発表されました。
１．今年を人類共同の記念すべき祝日とし、国際慶祝期間を設定する。
２．盛大かつ特色ある交際行事を執り行う。
３．世界的範囲で活動を絶え間なく繰り広げ、意義深い今年を輝かしく飾る。
そして、「国際慶祝期間を通して高揚された慶祝雰囲気を引き続き維持し、朝鮮の現実を客観的に紹介するとともに、朝鮮半島と地域、世界の平和と安全を実現するための朝鮮人民の正義の偉業と不屈の精神を支持する活動を、世界各国と地域で活発に展開していくことにする。」と表明しています。
私ども、福岡県日朝友好協会はこれらの理念、方針、活動等を全面的に支持するとともに、広範な県民運動として展開することを誓います。
結びに、「白頭山の偉人を称える国際祝典組織委員会」の発展とご成功を祈念して祝賀メッセージといたします。

To: International E-seminar in Celebration of the 80th Birth Anniversary
of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Jong Il
We would like to extend our warmest congratulations on greeting the year, 2022 which marks the 110th anniversary of the birth of the great President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il who rendered undying achievements to the prosperity of Korea and happiness of people and the 10th anniversary of having His Excellency Kim Jong Un in the highest post of the party and state of Korea.
Meanwhile, we would like to pay our heartfelt homage to the DPRK which is developing by dint of single-hearted unity in independence, justice, peace and friendship under the outstanding leadership of the great leaders who have led Korean people to victory and prosperity in the present world faced with the chaos and unrest of the global scale due to Covid-19, high-handedness and arbitrariness as well as regional, national and ideological confrontation and dispute.
As publicly known, the OCIFPGPP was formed and reaffirmed that the year 2022 is a year of special significance for the progressive people in support of the cause and struggle of the Korean people since it marks the 110th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung and the 80th birth anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il who delivered immortal achievements to the prosperity and development of Korea and the accomplishment of the cause of global independence. In doing so, they discussed and decided the action plan to celebrate in a grand style the auspicious day, the greatest jubilation for the Korean people and published the following statement;
1. The International Celebration Period will be set to celebrate this year that marks the auspicious holidays common to humankind
2. The grand and distinctive international events will be held.
3. This meaningful year will be glorified by conducting the activities on the global scale.
It also states that the OCIFPGPP shall further liven up the atmosphere of festivities elevated during the International Celebration Period while organizing and unfolding the activities briskly in many different countries and regions around the world to laud the peerless great persons and promote the reality of Korea in an objective way, and in support of just cause of the Korean people and their indomitable spirit to achieve the peace and security on the Korean peninsula and its region, and those of the world.
We, Japan-Korea Friendship Society in Fukuoka Prefecture, pledge to launch the far-reaching movement of the entire prefecture people in full support for this inspiration, plan and activities.
Lastly but the not the least, we would like to wish for the development and success of OCIFPGPP.
